Lakeland Tours provides bus charter & bus tours to over 100 destinations
Lakeland Tours, LLC cordially invite you to take part in Mississippi Atlanta Greek Picnic Invasion. Early
Friday morning June 8 our coach buses will depart Mississippi enroute to this year’s 2012 Atlanta Greek
Picnic. This will be a weekend packed with festivities, parties, the Atlanta Greek Picnic, fellowship, and
much more.
This year we are doing it bigger and better as seats on our bus filled up rather quickly and we expect
even more participation this year. We have coordinated with the chair of the AGP to ensure that the trip
will be a special time for all who are fortunate enough to join us.
Financial Obligations:
• $140 for bus travel
• $109 for hotel stay for 3 days (rate quoted at 3 per bedroom. This rate will be smaller if you plan to have
more than 3 in a room per night)
• In order to reserve your seat a $60 deposit is due April 15, 2012 so that we may have ample time to
secure additional buses if need be
Benefits:
• In addition to the clear economic advantage of paying $250 for travel and stay we will meet with a
coordinator upon arriving that will have all necessary tickets for the weekend’s events. The bus will take
you to and pick you from all events and will make any stops that the group would like to make as a whole
Departure/Pick Up Times and Locations:
We will be departing from Jackson, MS June 8 at approximately midnight from the Campus of Jackson
State University and be arriving back to Jackson on June 10, 2002 in the evening. We will be able to stop
in Hattiesburg MS (USM) and Starkville MS (MSU) to accommodate riders who are on campus and
details for those pickup locations are forthcoming.
